Ready to go ALL IN on 2023!?
I refuse to be part of the 80%, and you should too.
To succeed, not just survive in real estate this year we have to think big & set outrageous goals every single day;
don’t let anyone tell you that small is better – it’s time for us all take risks
START EACH DAY WITH A ROUTINE
Are you ready to crush your goals and make them a reality? Because let me tell you, if you don’t swim in your goals every single day, you’ll lose your edge and enthusiasm towards them.
But before we dive into the 5 steps to your best year ever in real estate, let’s set you up for success by talking about the one thing that will keep you focused and on track – daily rituals.
A daily ritual, whatever it may be, will help you stay laser-focused on what’s truly important and the actions you need to take to achieve your goals. Not just in real estate, but in all areas of your life – personal relationships, career, business, finances, health, etc.
Now, I’m not saying you have to have the perfect daily ritual. In fact, I don’t even aim for perfection. My focus is on building discipline and making my goals a constant part of my daily routine.
Why? Because when I’m disciplined, I’m on fire, I’m unstoppable, I’m a force to be reckoned with. I have my head in the game and people know I mean business when I go out there and make my real estate deals.
Your daily ritual can change, but here are a few things you should always include in it to set yourself up for success and make sure you never lose that drive and motivation to achieve your goals.
1. Rise and Shine
Wake up before the sun rises to start your day with a sense of accomplishment and motivation. Just get out of bed!
2. Set Your Intentions
Take the time to journal your goals for the day, using a planner or journal to keep them in front of you and prioritize them.
3. Plan Your Attack
Don’t wait until you start your workday to decide what you’ll do. Plan out your day in advance and make sure you have a full schedule of activities to keep you focused and on track. This will help you stay organized and avoid getting sidetracked.
Remember, your daily ritual should be tailored to your individual needs and goals. The key is to find what works for you and stick with it.
With a daily ritual in place, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goals and living the life you want.
If you want to dominate the real estate game and rise to the top, you better have something driving you beyond just making money. It could be your family, your community, your faith, or even leaving a lasting legacy, but whatever it is, it better be something that keeps you pushing forward when the going gets tough.
4. Take Action
Change your surroundings, and fill up all your free time with activities that move you closer to your goals. Be honest with yourself, how much time are you actually dedicating to earning income for your first deal, studying the real estate market, and looking at potential deals?
5. Network and Learn
Attend at least 12 events that align with your goals, whether it’s business conferences, real estate club meetings, or industry summits. Remember, your network is your net worth, and these events are the perfect opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your connections.
6. Get Support
Hire an accountability coach or mentor to help you stay on track and reach your targets. I’ve always had a mentor throughout my career, and I still invest in personal and professional development each year to ensure I’m on the right path. Remember, no one succeeds alone, where can you find accountability and support in your life today?
Ways To Overcome Obstacles
⇒ Adopt an Abundance Mindset
Ditch the scarcity mindset that holds you back from striving for more in life.
Remember, money can always be printed, it’s not a matter of running out of it, but of finding where it is.
⇒ Never Settle for Less
Don’t compromise on what you truly want in life.
People who settle for just having their basic needs met, or for “enough,” have given up on their dreams.
⇒ Embrace Discipline
To achieve more in life, you must be disciplined.
The majority of people don’t put in the work and sacrifice needed to reach the level of success of the top 1%.
Be willing to put in the effort and make the hard choices to get there.
You won't get much done if you only grind on the days you feel good. 🤷— Kamron Engler (@kamronengler) November 10, 2022
So remember, how much you can advance in real estate… is only limited by the amount of time and action you take and invest in yourself.
LIMITLESS = HOW FAR YOU CAN GO
I can tell you and show you all day, but it’s up to you
So how far you you going to go this year
See You At The Top,
